Case study: this is a new case study

West Park were invited to tender for the Partitions, doors and tea points for this fast-paced fit out for Mott McDonald in Guildford. The programme was tight as the client had a deadline that had to be worked too. West Park worked well with the ODB management and handed over a very smart looking project on time and within budget. The Partition specification was simple 100mm solid with a 50mm stud and two layers of 12.5mm plasterboard to reach a sound rating of 48dB. The glass specification was 12.8mm single glazed acoustic glass in standard white aluminium channels to achieve a sound rating of 40dB.
Mott McDonald were occupying the office space directly opposite the new project site, so West Park had to work quietly and efficiently ensuring there was as little disruption to the existing floor as possible.
The deliveries into the building had to be carefully organised and supervised by our site foreman to make sure the building was kept as a safe and secure environment.
